Rotary Incinerator

Rotary incinerators typically consist of a rotating cylinder and a secondary combustion chamber. Liquid Injection Units

Liquid injection units are used almost exclusively for pumpable liquid wastes but may also be used to incinerate waste gases. Units may be vertical or horizontal but most are refractory lined. The proper refractory lining is highly dependent on the environment created by the waste stream being processed. Acid Quench Vessel

Refractory selection in acid quench vessels is dependent on acid resistance, thermal cycling resistance and the temperature resistance of both the refractory lining and any corrosion resistant protective coating. Thermal Oxidizers

These vessels typically use a variety of refractory products including phosphate bonded plastics, high alumina brick and insulating brick. As with all incineration vessels, the composition of the gas stream and operating temperatures primarily dictate what refractory is used to line the vessel.
